This car was owned by Kevin McBride from South Africa.
It is an ex Charles Lucas car which was substantially damaged in an accident. Kevin rebuilt a chassis and fitted a modified Royale body. The car was imported into Australia in 1988. |

| Following the crash at Albany in 2001 it was
time to start the car back on it track to the more original body work. A new body was created and radiator moved to the front. The new body shown below. The next stage is to find an original chassis/body and suspension and return it to its former glory. At present it is only used for 'Around the house' events, hill climbs and tuning days. The car is an extremely quick vehicle and is often placed in the top three positions. The car achieved the fastest time of the day from a large number of entrants at the Ellenbrook hillclimb.
