This Macon was the last car produced by Tony Houghton (Macon) and was used by himself as part of the driver training school for a year.

It was then sold in 1983 to Bruce Campbell who was quite competitive in the 1980's and then sold in 1999 to grant Ferguson in Darwin .

The Macon was acquired by Neil McCrudden in July 2001 and is currently being driven by Glen Swarbrick.

The vehicle has run a number of 'around the house' events in Narrogin, Albany and Northam as well as participated in races at Wanneroo Raceway, Collie and Phillip Island.
